1. Scope and Acceptance
– These Terms form part of the Master Bylaws. By accessing or using any KOWEAR GROUP service (including services on koware.org and buzzjuice.net), you acknowledge and accept these Bylaws, plus any appended policies, procedures, and schedules.
– Registration on Buzzjuice.net or any KOWEAR GROUP platform constitutes explicit assent to these Bylaws.
2. Entity Identity and Ownership
– Legal entity: Kowear (Sole Proprietorship; Registered in Ghana).
– Trading name: Koware Incorporated.
– Proprietor: Elliot KAB Yamoah.
– Departments (representative): IAPD National (Administration), Psymedia (Studio), Blue Crown R&D (Research & Development), Graffiti Lounge (Production), Buzzjuice (Marketing & PR).
3. Domain Governance
– koware.org is the primary governance domain. Official notices, bylaws, policies, and legal communications are authoritative only when published on koware.org or on departmental channels expressly approved by IAPD National.
– buzzjuice.net is a KOWEAR GROUP platform; its users are bound by these Bylaws.
– CommunityArchitect.com is restricted to Jewel onboarding flows only. References to CommunityArchitect.com in other contexts are superseded by koware.org governance.
4. Eligibility & Age
– Users must be at least 14 years old. Minors must have parental/guardian consent where required by applicable law.
