  SECTION II — CONDITIONS

  1. Service Activities, Fees & Payment

     • KOWEAR GROUP may offer free or paid Services. Fees are due in full before service delivery unless otherwise expressly stated.
     • IAPD National may set, change, or remove fees. Fee changes are effective upon publication at koware.org.

  2. Account Inactivity, Suspension & Termination

     • Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be suspended or terminated following prior notice where feasible. Termination may result in forfeiture of benefits and non-refundable credits, except where law requires otherwise.

  3. Representations & Warranties

     • Users warrant that information they provide is true and accurate, and that their use of Services complies with these Bylaws and applicable law.

  4. Acceptance of Changes

     • Material changes to these Bylaws are published on koware.org. Continued use after posting means acceptance.

  5. Force Majeure

     • Performance is excused for events beyond reasonable control. KOWEAR GROUP will attempt to notify affected users.
