  SECTION VI — RULES

  1. Binding Effect

  – These Bylaws bind Users, Employees, Contractors, Departments, Affiliates, and any person using KOWEAR GROUP Services.

  2. Account Security & Access

  – Credentials are personal; account sharing is prohibited except where expressly authorized in writing. Notify KOWEAR GROUP immediately if credentials are compromised.

  3. Acceptance of Bylaws Updates

  – Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

  4. Age & Consent

  – Minors must use the Services only with guardian consent where applicable.

  5. Sanctions

  – Violations may trigger warnings, temporary suspension, permanent termination, financial recovery actions, and legal referral.
