  SECTION VII — REGULATIONS

  1. Product & Service Changes

  – KOWEAR GROUP may discontinue, restrict, or modify Services; notice is published at koware.org.

  2. Liability & Limitation

  – Except where law requires otherwise, KOWEAR GROUP’s aggregate liability to a user for any claim will not exceed fees actually paid by that user to KOWEAR GROUP in the preceding 12 months. Indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  3. Security Cooperation & Legal Requests

  – KOWEAR GROUP cooperates with lawful investigations and may disclose data in response to lawful requests. IAPD National will, where possible and lawful, attempt to notify account holders prior to disclosure.

  4. Export Controls & Jurisdictional Restrictions

  – Services may not be available in all jurisdictions. Users must comply with export controls and sanctions.

  5. Service Cards & Redemption

  – Service Cards used for fundraising or distribution must follow the stated rules. Benefits attached to a valid Service Card require a valid attachment at redemption.

  6. Fraud, Abuse & Enforcement

  – KOWEAR GROUP will investigate and act on suspected fraud or abuse; legal action may be initiated.
