SECTION X — MISCELLANEOUS
1. Notices & Publication
– Official and legal notices are authoritative when posted at koware.org or on departmental channels expressly approved by IAPD National.
2. Language
– English is the authoritative language of these Bylaws. Translations, if any, are for convenience only.
3. Records & Signature
– IAPD National maintains the master digital record with changelog. Signature pages with Proprietor and IAPD National signatories are maintained in the master record.
4. Transition to “kowear.org”
– The brand and domain may be migrated to kowear.org in the future. Domain migration will not change the legal identity (Kowear sole proprietorship) unless and until formal re-registration or corporate restructuring occurs and is reflected in these Bylaws by amendment.
