SECTION IV — POLICIES
1. Conduct & Acceptable Use
– Prohibited: harassment, hate speech, threats, fraud, unlawful content, misuse of services, circumvention of security controls, impersonation.
2. Intellectual Property
– KOWEAR GROUP retains ownership of its IP unless a written agreement states otherwise. Users retain ownership of their user-generated content but grant KOWEAR GROUP a non-exclusive, worldwide license to operate and promote Services. Respect third-party IP.
3. Content Moderation & AI
– Moderation policies, takedown procedures, and appeals are published at koware.org/moderation. AI-generated content must be labeled per the AI Addendum. Blue Crown R&D and Psymedia follow IAPD National oversight for model use and datasets.
4. Payments, Refunds & Commissions
– Payment processors are third parties (PayPal, Stripe, etc.). Refund policies are service-specific and published where payments are accepted. Referral commissions are administered per program rules; IAPD National may audit and recover funds where fraud is suspected.
5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
– Confidential information from departments, partners, or users is protected per specific agreements and applicable law.
6. Audit & Compliance
– Departments must cooperate with internal and external audits initiated by IAPD National.
7. Communications & Notices
– Official notices are authoritative when posted at koware.org or approved departmental channels.
8. Dispute Resolution
– Internal escalation: departmental mediator → IAPD National → Proprietor. Outside internal resolution, parties may pursue mediation or arbitration in Ghana; governing law is Ghanaian law (see Section IX).
